Returned during mid-May from Colombia, fishing out of Black Sands Lodge at Bahía Solano. We fished in hopes of hitting the great sardine migration just right, and on some days during the week there, we did. Huge, boiling balls of baitfish on the surface were real, and the tuna blitzes were crazy. Tuna, sailfish, and other pelagic species come very close to the shore after the sardines, and we were into fish everyday. Jon Covich just placed this fun vid on YouTube chronicling our week.
